This is one of the best places in the city for Pho. Unfortunately, there is no disabled access. There are no parking spaces for disabled. The ramp is in poor condition and too narrow for a wheelchair or even a walker probably. And there are no grabrails in the tiny restrooms with the skinny doors inside the restroom area that has it's own skinny door. -IF- you manage to get inside, AND have no need for a restroom, the tables are nicely spaced and there is room to manuever.
